KSS-5(ACIDPROOF)  This kind of carrageenan not only

                  acid agent can be added to PH3.8
                  -3.6 and its sweets taste very 
                  special.

KSS-2 ----    These kinds of carrageenan not only

KSS-8 ----    features, but also it is acidproof,
              and it can be added with acid agent 
              to make its PH to be 3.8-3.5 and

   KSS-7      This kind of carrageenan has not
